Routes:

Juniors - Flagged.  U10/12/14 Out and back mostly on pathless rough grass with occasional rocks, up and back down the long spur of Yarlside.  U16 have a NEW ROUTE (same amount of climb and distance as before) up the spur with the U14s before a left turn plunges back dow to the valley and a big climb back to meet the U14 turn, then a fast grassy decent down the spur.

Seniors & U18 -  Flagged. Includes a beck crossing, is steep, often pathless with slippy, uneven, rough ground that is rocky in places. High and steep ground. Starts with a brisk canter along a trail, across the river, then a stonking big climb up Gt Dummacks. The descent is long and spectacular (when not in thick mist) and the closest thing to flying without apparatus. About 4 miles.
